Key Responsibilities
Platform Architecture & Implementation: Lead the technical implementation, configuration, and governance of Adobe Target and Adobe Launch across web and mobile platforms, ensuring best practices for performance, scalability, and security.
Test Execution & Analysis: Design and execute A/B, multivariate (MVT), and AI-driven tests using Adobe Target. Apply rigorous statistical methods to ensure test validity and interpret results to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, UX/design, analytics, product management, and engineering teams to define hypotheses, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Front-End Development: Develop and customize user experiences using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery) for personalized content and test variations.
Integration & Data Layer Management: Integrate Adobe Target and Launch with other tools, specifically Adobe Analytics, Real-Time CDP, and third-party systems, ensuring accurate data collection and data layer specifications.
Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to test execution, tagging, data collection, and rendering inconsistencies across different browsers and devices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
7 years of proven, hands-on experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Launch
Expertise in front-end web technologies including Jquery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in an Agile development environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within the e-commerce or retail industry.
Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Analytics, AEM, AEP, etc.).
Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Target Business Practitioner or Architect certification(s).
Experience with server-side experimentation and Adobe Target Delivery API.
