Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Principal Systems Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and improvement of complex business and technology systems. This role works closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to define requirements, optimize processes, and ensure that system solutions align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of business processes, system requirements, and technical solutions.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into system specifications and solution designs.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support system implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
