Role: Sr. Manager of Salesforce Delivery
Location: Mostly remote, with 20% travel to Overland Park, KS. 

Must Have:
• Strong hands-on Salesforce technical leadership background (NOT just PM)
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
• Strong CI/CD & DevOps experience using Git and preferably Copado
• Ability to lead developers/admins/architects and make technical decisions
• Agile/Scrum environment experience
• Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2/Architect/Consultant) required
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with integrations like MuleSoft, ServiceNow, Okta/ADFS is a plus
• Must be comfortable with 20% travel

Looking for someone who can lead by example technically, improve release processes, and manage Salesforce delivery in a large enterprise environment.
