Must-Have Skills:
- 4 years of Workday HCM Security experience
- Workday Security Configuration
- Security Groups, Roles, Domain Security, Authentication & Proxy Policies
- Workday Governance, Audits, and Compliance
- Experience supporting Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll modules
- Data Governance and Security Best Practices
- Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Workday security architecture
- Configure and manage security groups, roles, and user access
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance
- Partner with HR teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Support Workday enhancements and projects following SDLC processes
