Role: Infrastructure Program Manager
Location: Frisco, TX – Hybrid 2 days/week onsite
Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Program Manager / Network Engineering Consultant with strong enterprise networking and data center experience. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on networking expertise with strong PMO/program management skills, including stakeholder communication, documentation, budgeting, planning, and implementation management.
This person will lead and coordinate large-scale data center migrations, refreshes, modernization, and network infrastructure initiatives across networking, security, cloud, storage, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
- Manage data center migrations, refreshes, consolidations, and modernization initiatives.
- Coordinate networking, security, cloud, storage, server, and infrastructure teams.
- Design, implement, and support large-scale data center networking solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex routing, switching, and network security issues.
- Manage project timelines, implementation plans, change management, and technical documentation.
- Develop infrastructure roadmaps, migration strategies, and deployment plans.
- Support network monitoring, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.
- Work with vendors, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive successful delivery.
- Create architecture diagrams, implementation procedures, and operational documentation.
