Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions. The role involves leading AI/ML projects, building scalable models, and guiding technical teams to deliver high-performance AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning models and AI solutions
- Lead ML projects and mentor engineering teams
- Build and optimize data pipelines and model deployment processes
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI strategy and implementation
- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of ML systems
- Maintain technical documentation and best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, AI, and data science concepts
- Experience with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps tools
- Experience with data processing, APIs, and model deployment
- Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
