Role Summary
We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist / Administrative Specialist to support daily business operations by accurately entering, maintaining, and organizing data while providing general administrative support. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.
- Review data for accuracy and correct errors when necessary.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and routine inquiries.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate administrative activities.
- Assist with filing, document management, and record keeping.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
