Job Summary:
We are looking for a Conference Center Technology Specialist II to support and manage audio-visual (AV) and conferencing technologies for meetings, events, and conference rooms. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, setting up equipment, and ensuring smooth event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and support AV and conferencing equipment for meetings and events
- Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues
- Monitor conference room technology and ensure proper functionality
- Support video conferencing platforms and presentation systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and event organizers
- Maintain equipment inventory and technical documentation
- Ensure timely technical support during events and meetings
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of audio-visual and conferencing technologies
- Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.)
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer support abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical experience
- Experience in conference center or AV support environments
- Relevant AV or IT certifications are a plus
