What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at Apet Inc.?
A well-established and growing company is seeking a Production Associate to join our team at our East Dundee, IL facility.
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 11:00am - 8:00pm (or until job completion)
- Sunday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
- OFF: Friday & Saturday
- Must be available to work major holidays

Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack live animals with care and accuracy
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work environment
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of transporting, handling, and placing animals in proper enclosures or packaging
- Must be able to push, bend, kneel and twist as needed
- Regular use of hands and arms for grasping and reaching (including overhead)
- Comfortable working in a moderately noisy environment
