This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician located in Maryland Heights, MO. The technician will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and compounding of sterile medications in compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols. Day-to-day tasks include handling prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and quality, and managing inventory control to maintain proper stock levels and order supplies as needed. The technician will also provide excellent customer service and assist pharmacists in ensuring adherence to safety and compliance protocols.
- Experience in medication preparation, pharmacy operations, and prescription handling
- Hands-on knowledge of pharmacy protocols and proficiency in working as a Pharmacy Technician
- Skills in inventory control, ensuring adequate stock levels, and managing pharmaceutical supplies
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with strong communication and organizational skills
- State certification or registration as a Pharmacy Technician (where applicable)
- Compliance with sterile compounding standards and familiarity with cGMP practices
