We are seeking a Rental Coordinator for our Washington, DC location. Our mission is to provide quality camera equipment through a simple and convenient rental process, along with an excellent customer experience. In this position our top-notch customer service is put at the forefront. You will have the opportunity to utilize your skills to provide exceptional service to all customers and build meaningful customer relationships. A friendly and helpful personality is a must.
This is a part-time position at our location in Washington, DC with room for growth and the possibility of a full-time, permanent position.
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Verify customer information and equipment for orders being picked up.
- Process order returns, inspect and check equipment back into the system.
- Keep the front-desk area organized at all times.
- Document customer interactions.
- Assist with general administrative tasks.
- Clean and maintain rental equipment.
SKILLS
- Punctuality.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Experience with photo and video equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and quickly resolve customer issues.
