Role Description
The Senior Regional Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in San Jose, CA. This role oversees the operations and performance of a portfolio of multi-housing communities, ensuring properties meet financial, operational, and compliance goals. Key responsibilities include staff management, budgeting, financial reporting, property inspections, and tenant relations. The manager will implement strategic initiatives, support staff development, and collaborate closely with ownership and regional teams to drive success and maintain high standards of service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising on-site property managers and staff
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of property operations, tenant relations, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in property management software and technology tools
- Experience in multi-housing, affordable housing, or property management industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, or a related field is advantageous
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned portfolio and work on-site as required
