About the Role: We’re excited to invite a dynamic Roving Leasing Associate with Affordable Housing experience to our growing team in San Diego, CA. This role needs exceptional leasing experience for prospective residents while fostering a positive community atmosphere. What You’ll Do:

• Welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and guide them through the application, screening, and move-in processes.
• Market available units, maintain leasing materials, and update online listings to attract high-quality applicants.
• Support resident retention by addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information in Yardi property management software.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure units are rent-ready and meet high standards of cleanliness and quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of leasing, preferably in multifamily property management.
• Affordable Housing experience
• Previous experience supporting over 200 units
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
• Familiarity with Yardi software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
• A proactive problem-solver dedicated to creating a welcoming and vibrant community for residents.
