About the Role:
We’re excited to invite a dynamic Leasing Associate to our growing team in Fallbrook, CA. This role is integral to supporting over 100 units, ensuring an exceptional leasing experience for prospective residents while fostering a positive community atmosphere. What You’ll Do:
- Welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and guide them through the application, screening, and move-in processes.
- Market available units, maintain leasing materials, and update online listings to attract high-quality applicants.
- Support resident retention by addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information in Yardi property management software.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure units are rent-ready and meet high standards of cleanliness and quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of leasing, preferably in multifamily property management.
- Previous experience supporting over 100 units
- Experience with Market-Rate Properties
- Sales Experience
- Familiarity with Yardi software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
- A proactive problem-solver dedicated to creating a welcoming and vibrant community for residents.
