Responsibilities:
- Meet the laundry needs of the facility, ensuring timely completion and delivery of adequate linen levels
- Ensure all laundry machinery and equipment are in safe and efficient working condition
- Maintain chemicals under safe conditions at all times
- Remove torn, worn, soiled linen or clothing from inventory
- Mend and iron as necessary
- Comply with privacy practices and protect residents’ health information
- Perform other duties assigned by the managerial team
- Must be a US Citizen
- Able to read and write
- Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
