Product Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced backend product engineer with 1 years of hands-on experience in architecting, developing, and testing production systems. You should be excited about building complex software from the ground up and comfortable driving key product features from conception to deployment.

• Design, develop, and test robust backend systems powering our AI-driven unstructured data platform.

• Own core product features end-to-end, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Collaborate with the founding team and enterprise customers to deliver impactful solutions that streamline healthcare operations.

• Advance the development of our AI agent by transforming messy, unstructured documents into structured data.

• Lead initiatives to improve healthcare outcomes, including higher approval rates for prior authorizations.

• Optimize and scale systems to process millions of clinical data points while reducing costs.

• Strong background in backend development using Python, TypeScript, or Go.

• Proficiency with databases (Postgres, MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience with containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Bonus points for experience with:

  • LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

  • Workflow automation frameworks (Temporal, Puppeteer).

  • Building in high-growth startup environments.

• Full-time, onsite role based in San Francisco, CA.
