We are looking for a talented Contract Engineering Recruiter with strong sourcing skills for an 8 week project starting on September 29. You will work closely with hiring managers to build pipelines, manage full-cycle hiring, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires:
- Managing recruitment for technical roles across Apera AI
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Screening and guiding candidates through selection, assessment, interview, and offer stages
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft postings
- You are motivated, resourceful, and proactive.
- You thrive in a startup environment, enjoy building relationships, and want to make a direct impact by growing a world-class team.
- 2 years of engineering recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience sourcing engineering roles (Field Application Engineering, Robotics, or Engineering)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, preferably) and LinkedIn
- Able to interview on Thursday through Sunday, September 25-28
- Able to start on Monday, September 29
- In-depth knowledge of the Michigan tech talent market
- Experience recruiting for tech roles related to Robotics or AI
- Creative approaches to enhance candidate experience.
- Hourly rate of $50-$65 per hour
