What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Apeloa Pharmaceutical?
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead project execution after project awarded. Direct and motivate cross-department project teams and keep team members accountable to deliver results within an agreed project governance structure, to ensure customer satisfaction in a shared relationship management with KAM/Sales.
2. Manage project scope and timelines. Define, organize and be responsible for all project communication (Internal), agreed milestones and objectives.
3. Allocate resource across departments for the implementation and continual improvement of the project plan/execution, to achieve each agreed project objectives. Escalate issues if necessary.
4. Control project scope and in conjunction with KAM/Sales Team, prepare amendments and/or project scope changes.
5. Participation in review of change control and deviation during production campaign and review campaign report, other documents provided to customer, to ensure its suitability and accuracy.
Key requirements:
1. Master degree or Ph.D, majoring in chemistry/chemical engineering/Medicinal Chemistry or related research area.
2. Proactive, self-motivation and results-orientation, good/excellent communication and good at learning.
3. 3~5 years working experience in Process R&D or Project management in CDMO, pharmaceutical industry (Biotech or Big pharma).
3. Experience using tools to communicate progress and project management experience is preferably.
4. With good oral and written Mandarin and English is preferably.
