Apelles has an immediate need for Customer Service/Collection Specialists with experience working in a customer service environment (bilingual a plus).

Compensation: Hourly base bonus
$500 Signing Bonus Available (must meet specified requirements)
Apelles Offers:
- Flexible work schedules between the hours of 8am and 9pm with the opportunity for a four-day work week.
- Qualified candidates may be eligible for remote work from home opportunities, utilizing company owned equipment, upon completion of training period and evaluation of performance after 30 days.

Successful candidates will possess:
- Strong communication/negotiation/customer service skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet and exceed productivity requirements
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to document calls and navigate software packages
- Previous customer contact and/or telephone collections experience preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Proven success in skip tracing practices to locate customers a plus
Job duties include customer payment negotiations via telephone and account information updates.
Background checks are completed as a part of our hiring process.
Training will be conducted on site in our Columbus, OH location. Training schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
