Temporary Night-Shift Floor Technician
Pay: ~$18.00/hour (Based on performance)
Hours: Full-Time | Night Shift (Flexible shifts ranging between 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and reliable Temporary Floor Technicians to join our night-shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring and maintaining high-quality commercial flooring.
No prior experience? No problem—all hands-on training will be provided! We are looking for professional individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship, pay close attention to detail, and focus on delivering great results rather than watching the clock.
Key Responsibilities
Strip & Prep: Remove previous coatings, wax, and finish from floors and baseboards.
Hone & Polish: Operate a variety of commercial floor machines to hone, buff, and polish surfaces to high standards.
Reseal: Apply fresh sealants and finishes cleanly and efficiently.
Quality Assurance: Follow proper multi-step processes without skipping steps to ensure top-tier results.
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
Keen eye for detail and quality-focused mindset.
Ability to work overnight hours in a physical, active role.
Footwear: Non-slip boots are highly recommended for safety (e.g., Huk, Xtratuf, or similar water/chemical-resistant boots).
