We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and project teams. Hands-on experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint is essential for managing our core AP/AR functions, including invoice processing, project billing, and financial data entry.
Position Summary
This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time work to supplement their income while gaining real-world experience in accounting. Hours are flexible to accommodate daytime commitments such as classes or training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Project accounting Project billing, including:
- Client invoicing
- Revenue tracking
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable support
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualification
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger support
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Architecture, Engineering, or Consulting (AEC) environments
- Ability to support project managers and finance leadership
Schedule
- Part-time: 16β20 hours per week on site
