Overview
Looking for all shifts for a new build 24 hour convenience store located on Hwy 44 and I-75 in Wildwood. All positions are part-time with full-time potential after probationary period. There will be a pay differential for all overnight team members.

Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customers
- Assist customers with their needs, providing solutions and guidance to enhance their experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer service
- Support training initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional customer service skills
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
