Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking, reliable General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on, outdoor work. Primary duties include manual digging, site preparation, and assisting skilled tradespeople. If you are strong, reliable, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hand-digging trenches for underground utilities, pipes, and cable lines.
- Backfilling holes and compacting dirt.
- Preparing construction sites by clearing obstacles and debris.
- Loading/unloading construction materials and tools.
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for 8–10 hours a day (lifting 50 lbs).
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Punctual, dependable, and strong work ethic.
- Apcom is a Drug Free work environment.
- Previous construction or digging experience is a plus but not required.
