What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Assembler position at APCO Signs?
Production Assembler to produce sign parts by assembling various plastic and aluminum materials and prepare finished product for shipment to meet customer needs.
Position requires excellent math and measuring skills, an eye for detail, and great craftsmanship skills. Qualified candidate should have working knowledge of various hand tools (saws, routers, drills, etc.), be a quick learner, must have great work ethics, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs., must have good organizational skills, be self-motivated and work well with others.
Working conditions include, working in non-temperature regulated environment (hot in summer/cold in winter), standing for long periods of time, and use of safety equipment/gear.
