As an entry-level Sales Representative, you will meet with business owners and decision-makers to identify their wants and needs and provide information on the products and services we offer. You will learn how to build client relationships, answer questions, and assist customers throughout the entire sales process. We provide hands-on training to help you develop your sales skills and grow into a successful member of the team.
Responsibilities of the Sales Representative
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Identify prospective business clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand each client's goals, challenges, and operational requirements.
- Present products and services that align with each client's business objectives.
- Educate clients on available solutions, pricing, and service offerings to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage the sales process from initial outreach through account setup and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Follow up with existing accounts to strengthen relationships, identify additional opportunities, and support long-term retention.
- Consistently meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications of the Sales Representative
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with business professionals and decision-makers.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
