AT&T Account Representative Responsibilities

• Engage with new and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
• Promote AT&T wireless products, devices, and service plans.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve shared sales success.

AT&T Account Representative Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Prior AT&T Account Representative experience is highly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
