Supervisor/ Crew Lead

APC Construction, LLC is looking for an experienced Supervisor / Crew Lead to join our team. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with transformer experience who can effectively lead field crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

What You'll Do

• Lead and direct field crews performing transformer installation, maintenance, repair, and related construction activities.
• Coordinate daily manpower, equipment, materials, and work activities.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications.
• Provide hands-on leadership and direction to crew members in the field.
• Assist with transformer assembly, re-gasketing, component replacement, and related activities.
• Oversee or perform electrical testing, including TTR, resistance, power factor, and other transformer testing.
• Perform or oversee oil processing, vacuum fills, and dry-out procedures.
• Troubleshoot field issues and help develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with project management, customers, and crew members.
• Maintain APC Construction's high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading electrical, transformer, or industrial construction crews.
• Experience with transformer installation, maintenance, repair, or testing.
• Knowledge of transformer assembly, re-gasketing, and component replacement.
• Familiarity with oil processing, vacuum fills, and dry-out procedures.
• Experience with electrical testing such as TTR, resistance, and power factor.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in the field and travel as required.
• Commitment to working safely and leading by example.

Per Diem:

• $175/day when you purchase your own lodging
• $55/day when APC provides lodging
