Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage excellent operations in quality, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure restaurant goals are met in operations to meet expectations
- Follow and enforce all safety, security, and policy procedures
- Coach and develop team using Gold Standard Quality Training
- To give direction, support, and leadership with the management focus on profitability
- Collaborates with management team to gather feedback and take action to improve customer satisfaction
- Manages the business through tasks and responsibilities with leadership, training, and development
