Who You Are
We are seeking a Project Manager to guide client engagements across the full lifecycle, from discovery through long-term support. You will ensure projects and services are delivered with excellence, foster strong client partnerships, and enable our cross-functional software development teams to do their best work.
What You’ll Do
Project and Service Management
- Plan & Organize: Define project scope, create timelines, map dependencies, and align resources to meet objectives
- Guide Execution: Lead cross-functional teams, monitor progress against milestones, and proactively manage risks and changes
- Deliver & Report: Drive successful delivery on time and within budget while providing clear updates and reports to stakeholders
- Oversee ongoing client service delivery (Agile development, maintenance, support, hosting)
Agile Leadership
- Serve as a Scrum Master to facilitate sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and clear blockers
Resource Management
- Coordinate team assignments, capacity planning, and scheduling across projects and services
- Contribute to reports for financial projections and invoicing
Sales Support
- Relationships: build strong client relationships, ensuring alignment, transparency, and value delivery
- Estimates: contribute to proposals, scoping, and pre-sales discussions to set engagements up for success
Continuous Improvement
- Refine delivery processes and strengthen client experience.
