Experience in the apartment industry is required. Job Responsibilities:
- Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
- Inspect models and available “market ready”, communicate related service needs to Property Manager.
- Fair Housing knowledge a must.
- Ensure the apartment is ready for residents to move-in on an agreed date.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
