Apartner Staffing is hiring an Apartment Leasing Specialist to support apartment communities in need of energetic, people-focused professionals. If you’re great at connecting with others and closing the deal, we want to hear from you!
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM (rotating)
Saturday: 10 AM–6 PM
Sunday: 10 AM–4 PM
Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and conduct tours
Showcase community features and convert leads into leases
Assist with application processing and move-in prep
Maintain a clean, organized leasing space
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
Qualifications:
Leasing or property management experience is a plus, but not required
Strong sales or customer service background encouraged
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Professional, organized, and motivated team player
