Job Responsibilities:✅ Maintain the grounds, amenities, parking lots, and building exteriors
✅ Pressure washing and general upkeep of community areas
✅ Remove trash and debris from the property daily
✅ Assist with vacant unit trash-outs and preparation for new residents
✅ Support the maintenance team with light repairs and troubleshooting
✅ Report any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
✅ Help deliver resident communications when needed
