Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of apartments, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and resident belongings with care and respect
• Maintain floor care by polishing, buffing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality and appearance
• Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens and bathrooms, including disinfecting sinks, countertops, toilets, showers, and appliances
• Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all common areas are clean and well-maintained
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly attitude
• Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and residents

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial work is highly desirable; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and carpet cleaning methods
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward residents and colleagues
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Experience with laundry operations or housekeeping management is advantageous
