The Opportunity

 

We’re hiring a Foundational Account Executive to join our sales team and help fuel national expansion. This is a high-impact, outbound-focused role where you’ll work directly with leadership to help define and scale the sales engine.

 

You’ll sell directly to property owners and operators, helping them understand how ApartmentAdvisor streamlines their leasing and operations — saving time, reducing friction, and driving ROI. What You’ll Do

 

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: from outbound prospecting to discovery, demo, and close
  • Drive Outbound Pipeline: Strategically use all outbound activity channels, LinkedIn, and creative outreach to connect with decision-makers
  • Sell with Insight: help owners understand how our platform drives results and resolves pain points
  • Demo the Product: showcase our software in a consultative, high-impact way
  • Report Iterate: provide ongoing feedback to improve product, messaging, and outreach strategies
  • Collaborate: work with leadership and cross-functional teams to refine the go-to-market strategy
  • Build the Foundation: play a key role in shaping our sales culture, processes, and team



  • Who You Are

     

    • 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (SaaS or Proptech preferred)
    • Proven outbound success — you know how to source, open, and close your own deals
    • Strong communicator who can simplify complex tech into compelling value
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
    • Coachable and eager to grow fast — both personally and professionally
    • Problem-solver who can think on your feet and work independently
    • Bonus: experience selling to the multifamily industry
    • Bonus: HubSpot CRM experience
