Customer Success Partner
Location: Hybrid (Cambridge office, 3 days per week)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Success Partner to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring clients onboard smoothly, adopt quickly, and achieve measurable ROI from our platform. You’ll deliver client training, monitor success metrics, and resolve technical issues while building strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding by securing required data, understanding workflows, and delivering super-user/admin training.
- Ensure clients can effectively navigate and optimize the platform with minimal dev support.
- Proactively resolve first-level technical issues, diagnose root causes, and escalate to ENG when needed—communicating clearly back to clients.
- Monitor customer health and success metrics to validate ROI and long-term value.
- Act with urgency to complete onboarding and trainings within targeted timelines.
- Track customer outcomes, surface insights, and support reporting to internal teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong communicator who provides direct, constructive feedback.
- Adaptable and resourceful; able to switch gears quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical depth and problem-solving skills to resolve issues independently.
- Self-starter who acts as a trusted subject matter expert with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable with data tracking, reporting, and metrics.
- HUBS experience is a plus, or willingness to learn quickly.
