- Reliable transportation / personal vehicle required
- Previous apartment, residential, or general maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with work orders, repairs, turnovers, and property upkeep
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and basic HVAC is a plus
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work independently
- Own tools are a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently
- Perform unit turns, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Maintain property grounds and common areas as needed
- Support property operations with urgent maintenance needs
