What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Apartment Owners Association, Inc?
Must have tools, proper transportation & valid license.
Current CPO, EPA & HVAC certifications.
Able to lift 50 lbs. & use a ladder, pick up grounds.
Proficient in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, minor carpentry, small sheet rock/texture repairs.
Good communication, organization skills, self motivated.
On-call every other week. 2 - 3 years experience preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
