Compensation: Full-Time $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

- Plan and coordinate workshops, events, and community programs.
- Partner with onsite staff and Rainbow Housing to deliver high-quality services.
- Maintain records and submit monthly reports on program outcomes.
- Promote an inclusive, welcoming environment for all residents.
- Background in social services, education, community engagement, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with diverse populations; bilingual a plus.
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with multiple partners.
