We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Treasury Analyst to support the treasury operations of our dynamic property management organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bank reporting, positive pay decisioning, and bank administration.
Responsibilities Include
Daily Cash Management:
- Prepare Daily Cash positions for corporate accounts
- Monitor and Perform Daily Positive Pay Decisioning
- Support fraud mitigation on accounts
- Support Bank Administration
- Maintain banking records, including KYC documentation
- Prepare bank fee analysis.
- Support development of treasury dashboards and key metrics for leadership reporting.
- Support internal controls and audit requests related to treasury activities.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual treasury functions using technology or bank services.
- Collaborate with accounting and accounts payable to streamline workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1 years of treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience; property management or real estate industry experience a plus
- Familiarity with treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba, TreasuryXpress) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is highly desirable
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and financial modeling
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Working knowledge of treasury operations, banking processes, and cash management
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data for accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and the ability to quickly learn treasury and property management systems
- Effective communication and collaboration with accounting, AP, and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills in a deadline‑driven environment
