What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Holder position at Apartment Management Consultants, LLC?
We are currently seeking a Key Holder!
Performs service duties and responds to requests while living on-site on an as-needed basis as specifically defined in the On-Site Employee Agreement. Serves as liaison between AMC and resident community.
Responsibilities include:
- Residing on-site at the designated property and serving as a liaison between residents and AMC at that property.
- Responsible for assisting residents and AMC on an as-needed basis.
- Responsible for performing other Keyholder tasks as assigned and as needed.
- May process resident paperwork as required; may be assigned other administrative responsibilities including preparing and/or submitting reports.
- Handle all lock-outs as requested.
- Be available to work on an on-call basis.
- Positive and responsive resident interaction and customer service.
- Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
- Responsible for assisting in ensuring that AMC safety policies are complied with at all times.
