Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician with painting experience to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prep and paint apartments
- Keep property grounds clean
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Help turning over vacant apartments
- HVAC certification/experience a HUGE plus
- Other apartment related maintenance issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in painting, maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Team player
