Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office/Accounting Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee a broad range of functions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient office operations. Your expertise will support our organizational goals by managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining meticulous records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization while honing your skills in various accounting disciplines and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for answering main line phone, mail functions, scanning, running errands and other office support.
  • Manage specially assigned projects including follow up with sites, creating checklists to determine completion.
  • Maintains office supply management and research information as needed.
  • Coordinates team meetings with HR and Director of Property Management.
  • Facilitates property transitions and utility account administration.
  • Supports Human Resources with new hires, onboarding and oversees uniform and name tag orders.
  • Performs lease audits for sites to ensure PMS is up to date.
  • Assures vendor insurance certificates are up to date in PMS.
  • Oversees employee birthday and anniversary card program including buying gifts, as necessary.
  • Tracks Weekly/Monthly reports from sites to ensure they are current.
  • Participates in month-end processes including but not limited to downloading bank statements, tracking and updating court filing status and monitoring recurring expenses.
  • Managing accounts payable exceptions.
  • Post partner transactions and master invoice templates.
  • Other duties may be assigned, including assisting other team members as needed.
  • Monitor and sort main email account for Apartment Dynamics.
  • Enter CC Receipts for Regional Team

Qualifications

  • High School Education Required
  • Typing Skills Required
  • Basic Computer Skills Required - Including Microsoft Word and Excel Experience
  • PMS Software Experience Helpful but not Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
