What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Apartment Dynamics?
Dynamic Multi-site Maintenance Supervisor wanted for 200 unit apartment community in Jacksonville, N.C. Be responsible for all aspects of a two-person service department. CFC Certification, proven track record with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, turning quality vacants, including some painting in-house and drywall repair, and general maintenance required. The right candidate will possess the technical skills required to provide quality turns, handle timely resident service requests, and perform preventive maintenance on a schedule, as well as the customer service skills to communicate well with team members and customers, and the caring to make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day. Reliable transportation in the form of a truck or maintenance vehicle and a valid driver’s license is required. Being on call will be required.
