We are seeking an experienced, organized, detail-oriented Property Manager with strong leadership skills for a community with affordable housing units in need of support in Silver Spring, MD. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a rental property, including tenant screening (when necessary), rent collection, maintenance coordination, lease management, marketing vacant units, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, all while acting as a liaison between property owners and tenants to maintain the property's value and maximize income.**Position will be full-time, Monday-Friday weekly.**----------------------------------------------------------------------Qualifications:Documented Assistant Property Manager experience in the multi-family PM industryAbility to oversee and manager three small properties from main office locationMulti-family leasing experience; calling from the queue, scheduling tours, completing guest cards, showing apartments & beyond**Fair Housing expertise** - "What you do for one, you must do for all!" - The seven federally protected classes are race, religion, national origin, color, familial status, sex, and disability.
