Our team is currently seeking bilingual (Spanish) leasing consultants to work at communities in Alexandria, VA, and surrounding areas!
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage prospects and relay pertinent information about amenities
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Take diligent notes and record specific details about prospects' needs and wants for their future home
- Report to Property Manager with updates and list of duties to be completed
- Host open houses on weekends when applicable
- Stay up-to-date on *special offers* - may change on a daily basis
- Research surrounding area to adequately communicate the benefits of living in the area
- Administrative tasks where needed
- ***Leasing experience required***
- Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, and close leases
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
