CALLING ALL Apartment Maintenance Technician - No On Call! Weekly Pay!

Job Description

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for upcoming opportunities near the Petersburg and Richmond, VA areas.

Maintenance staff will be responsible for completing tickets, turning vacant units, appliance installation and other required tasks with a very active team and must have their own hand tools and drill. Punctuality is important and the manager is looking for technicians who are skilled, and ready to start immediately.

Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in the following tasks:
• Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
• Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge or proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable
• Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
• Appliances - help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs
• Technicians should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed job
• Report missing/needed parts to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager (as instructed)
  
  

Maintenance Technicians Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels or private homes
• You must have personal hand tools and drills - bring to site daily; do not leave at property
• Must have reliable transportation and have a team mentality
• Ability to handle physical workload
