Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle as the role requires travel between properties
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
Complete work orders and ensure timely response to maintenance requests
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property
Assist with special projects and emergency maintenance as needed
Qualifications:
Previous apartment maintenance experience required
Strong knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
Must have reliable transportation to travel between properties
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
