About the Role
We are a local property management company looking for a skilled, reliable painter to handle interior apartment turnovers and unit refreshes.
This is a brush-and-roller position only. We do not use spray equipment. We need someone who takes pride in clean, precise brush work, sharp cut-ins, and a professional finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Paint interior walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and baseboards in vacant and occupied apartments
- Prepare surfaces properly (patching, sanding, caulking, priming as needed)
- Cut in cleanly around ceilings, baseboards, windows, doors, and fixtures using a brush
- Apply paint evenly with brush and roller for a smooth, professional finish
- Protect floors, cabinets, fixtures, and belongings with drop cloths and masking
- Maintain a clean, organized worksite and leave units ready for the next tenant
- Work efficiently to meet turnover schedules

Requirements
- Proven experience painting residential interiors with a brush and roller
- Strong brush skills — clean cut-ins and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be comfortable working in occupied and vacant apartment units
Preferred
- Experience painting multi-family / apartment turnovers
- Knowledge of proper surface preparation and paint products
- Own basic painting tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, drop cloths, etc.)
