We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Apartment Cleaning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that apartments are thoroughly cleaned and impeccably presented for the next tenant, contributing to a positive living experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed cleaning of apartments, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to meet high cleanliness standards.
2. Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces, ensuring a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
3. Clean and polish fixtures, mirrors, and windows to enhance overall presentation.
4. Dispose of trash and unwanted items in a timely and responsible manner.
5. Report any maintenance or repair needs related to cleanliness to the appropriate channels.
6. Work efficiently to meet established turnaround times for apartment turnovers.
7. Collaborate with property management to prioritize cleaning schedules and address urgent turnover needs.
8. Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory of cleaning supplies.
9. Conduct final inspections to ensure apartments meet established cleanliness benchmarks.
10. Assist with general cleaning tasks in common areas or other assigned spaces as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in professional cleaning roles, preferably in apartment turnover.
2. Strong knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment.
3. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
4. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
5. Effective communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
6. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
