What are the responsibilities and job description for the Broker's Assistant position at Aparo-Griffin Properties?
DeLand: Come work for a very busy, fast paced Real Estate Office. We are offering a part time position that is perfect for someone who is self motivated, has basic computer skills, is a good multitasker & loves to constantly be learning new skills while working the job. We are a fun office with diverse staff and clientele, so being able to work with people of all personalities. More details below:
Hours: Part time, up to 15-20 hours, mixed morning and afternoon shifts as well as one weekend shift per month. Shifts are typically about 4 hours. Shifts need are Mondays 1pm to 5pm and Wednesdays 1pm to 5pm.
Pay: Hourly, rate to be discussed upon hire with the potential for raises after training
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-data entry
-filing
-compiling information, research
-answering phones
-connecting callers to the broker when appropriate
-assisting clients
Qualifications:
-proficiency in Microsoft Word and Publisher
-basic computer knowledge (i.e. creating files, saving and editing images, searching through document libraries, etc.)
-quick and accurate typing/computer skills
-go getter attitude, make the calls & keep calling until you get the answers
-familiarity with MLS not required but is a huge plus!
